Summary: Everyone has a skeleton. Roy\'s is just a bit more mobile than most.

To the average onlooker, Roy Mustang was a distinguished and respectable gentleman. In almost every aspect of his life he was. But every man has a vice. His greets him every day when he arrives home, padding up to the man on all fours, purring. Roy leans down to greet his welcoming pet.
“Were you good today, Al?” he askes.
“Yes, Master. I stayed inside all day and didn’t make any messes,” the boy replies.
Smiling, Roy pets his little cat. “That’s my good boy. I’ll have to reward you properly later.” The cat smiles happily and follows his master to the man’s favorite chair.
“How was your day?” Al asks, sitting at Roy’s feet.
“I’ve had better, but it could have been a lot worse, I suppose,” he replies dryly.
“Oh.” The teen pauses, watching the other opening the paper. “Master?”
“Yes?” Roy asks, not looking up.
“May I sit on your lap?”
The man looked down at his loving pet. “Well, you have been marvelously well behaved lately. Yes, you may.”
The cat sits up on his master’s lap, head curled against the man’s chest, and purring as if he couldn’t be happier, since in Al’s world, he really couldn’t.
