I dedicate this story to the Kai x Rei livejournal, as it is celebrating its Second Birthday, today.

Here are my cheers to October 27, the day that something amazing like a boy x boy fandom was born into the vast world of livejournal.

May you prosper, until no one in their right mind know what Beyblades are.

I owe many thanks to the pairing that gave life to my stories. I would not be where I am today without it.

Kai was completely silent as he scaled the wall of his house. Thanks to the wooden side panels, he and Rei could climb up to his bedroom window. He always left his window slightly ajar, enough to open it, as he snuck in, soundlessly, and offered help to his lover. There was nothing more exciting then breaking in, especially into his own house, with someone kept a total secret. Rei tried his best to suppress his giggles and stay quiet.

Kai's older brother was just down the hall, but the man never had any clue as to what was going on, behind his little brother's locked door. His web of lies began with his whereabouts. He told his sibling he was working late, whereas, truth be told, he was actually cuddling up to his new boyfriend on many separate occasions. Instead of whispering content words to Kai, Rei leaned up and nipped at his ear, sucking and tugging on the lobe. Kai looked to Rei's feline smile, adorned with incisors peeking from his grin, and instantly the same perverted smirk surfaced into his sly expression.

Rei was breathless as he then quietly closed the window behind him, and pulled off his winter jacket. The nights were cold and bitter in December, with snow littering the ground and an arctic breeze that chilled. There was no better way to beat the cold, than with someone else, sharing their bed. His cheeks were flushed red, not from embarrassment though, the thrill of his relationship with Kai was more than enough to keep his toes curled and warm.

Kai quickly kissed his chapped lips, and muffled his quiet giggles. The kiss was cold and refreshing, but left them both feeling warmer, yet not enough to dismiss the chill acquired from the walk home. Their bodies pressed together, as their mouths lingered in a soft meshing, enjoying the gentle touch of love mixed with their lust. Kai lead Rei to bed, where they would find the hottest of spots, beneath the covers.

It did not take long for cold hands to seek out warmth within the layers cuddling their flesh. Rei's fingers tightened in Kai's hair, as the icy digits trailed along his back. He repaid the favor, and audaciously his frozen hands caressed Kai's backside. It only took an hour before they were toasty and somewhat sweaty from their teasing time together.

The covers were completely thrown aside, as Kai's lips slid from Rei's, down his throat, chest and stomach. They were far from being swollen from the cold and the fiery sensation was utterly numbing to the bronzed flesh. Not only did he suck at the skin, he slid it along his bed, until Rei's legs dangled off the edge. His toes were already curled tightly, and his hands clutched at the covers.

Amber eyes were too smothered to protest, and when Kai crouched down before him, he had no reason to complain. Rei's back arched, and he had to bite down on his tongue to keep from groaning aloud. His eyes fluttered closed as the looming mouth began to suck on his erection and envelop it with warmth. One after another, shuddered, but subdued breaths escaped from his lips, urging more of the hot sensations.

It was almost too much to handle; Rei gasped for air. When he could no longer contain his lust, he moaned out his lover's name.

‘’Kai!’’

Kai almost choked, as the sound of his name resonated from a different voice. Then there was a knock on his door. He looked up to Rei, who was silent, and blushing again, this time from embarrassment. Kai slowly moved back from his stance, and cleared his throat, as he had no choice but to respond.

‘’What?’’

‘’Are you busy? You sound busy.’’ Came the quick reply.

Kai knew that it was his brother, probably slumped up against his door, and most likely pouting, as he always picked off more of the navy paint, on his side of the painted barrier.

‘’I am.’’ There was irritation in his voice, perhaps from the deep throating, or rather, because he was annoyed at his brother's sudden presence.

‘’What are you doing?’’

Kai turned back to Rei, and smirked at his flushing lover.

‘’I'm doing Rei.’’

There was a different kind of teasing laugh.

‘’Who’s Rei?’’

‘’He's my boyfriend!’’

The chortles did not seem to end. On his side, Kai simply shrugged. He was being honest, after all, and his own sly smirk turned into a loving smile.

‘’Ha! Kai...you can't have a boyfriend, you haven't been out to a club in like a month-‘’

‘’I know!’’ It was all Kai could think of saying.

He was too preoccupied by Rei and his blatant nudity.

After a moment of silence, he assumed that his brother had left, and kissed the head of Rei's erection, before swirling his tongue around the smooth and warm surface.

‘’Kai...you know what they say, don't you...every time you masturbate, God kills a kitten.’’

Even Rei had trouble containing his laughter. Kai's face flushed immediately, a vibrant and stunning red.

‘’I'm saving one now...’’

The lovers looked at one another, and their flustering lust was now cleverly mirthful.

‘’I just wanted to give you your check...’’

A white envelope appeared under his door, and footsteps then disappeared down the hallway.

Kai was thankful that his brother never opened his mail, or he would see that his pay stub was for the usual amount. He was not the type to work overtime, especially when his time could be better spent with Rei. The last month had been bliss for them both and maybe in the morning, Kai would properly introduce Rei to his brother Yuriy, but until then his kitten moaned for him and did not care how loud, or throaty, his lust sounded.
