At Peace
Ed and Al came back thru the gate after finding another portal to their world. Roy and Ed confess their feelings this takes place their first night home.
As ever we do not own anything but the plot of this story we just wanted to play with them for a while we didn't hurt them so please don't sue us we're poor.
At Peace
Roy lay in his bed looking down at a peacefully sleeping Edward his hair spread out on the pillow like a halo hardly daring to believe this wonderful young man was home, was his. He had done terrible things in his life he'd killed innocent civilians and children in the war his mind shuddered from the fact he'd killed Winry's parents and the fact she still respected him he hadn't the courage to ask if she forgave him but they had talked somewhat and he had come to terms with it. Edward turned in his sleep reaching out for him and Roy obliged his sleeping lover by snuggling into his arms bringing Edwards's head to his shoulder and brushing his lips against his forehead under that silky blonde hair.
"I love you Edward, thank you for returning to me" he whispered tightening his arms gently around the smaller man.
"I love you too Roy, I wasn't complete without you" came the sleepy reply.
Finally both of their troubled lives were at peace.

This came to us while we were sitting in Dairy Queen talking with my mate and Rysh's sort of about different Animes and eating junk food Rysh and I bounced the idea off them for another short oneshot we'd created and my and Rysh's mate (the miracle of the speaker cel phone hehehe) suggested we do another short story I guess they're drabbles to see if it shook lose anything and here we are. We have one that was inspired by the fourth of July that sort of ties in with this and another longer one about Armstrong that ties into this as well but as ever we're doing them bas-ackwards just like the Trigun stuff.
