Chapter One
“Duo, where are you going? We have an exam in two days. Don’t you think you should be studying?”
“Yeah I know. It’s just a nice day out for once and I thought it would be a good idea to go to the park. You should join me. You’ve been studying for hours. It’ll be good for you to take a break.”
“You know I can’t do that. I will not stop studying until I’m confident that I can pass the exam with an A.”
“You are so anal rentive about your grades Yuy. I think you need to go see a doctor bout that. See ya later. I’m going to go have a life.”
“D… never mind,” Heero whispered. ‘How does he not study at all and still pass his classes?’
……In the mean time…………………..
“Hey Duo! Over here. We’re bout to shoot some hoops. Wanna join?”
“Yeah, sure Quat!”
About an hour and a half later, the score was 23 to 17, team Maxwell in the lead.
“I still don’t see why you won’t join the basketball team. You would be an awesome starter. Even the coach has been trying to recruit you.”
“I don’t know Trowa. I guess sports have never been my thing. I mean I’m decent at playin like basketball and all that, but just for fun. I’m not big on competition. It just pisses me off. Hey, I better get back to my dorm or else my roommate will probably chain some books to me or something.”
Quatre squeaks. “What do you mean chain some books to you? Is he really that violent? You should get a staff member and have…”
“Whoa there Quat. You goin a little too far buddy. He’s not violent. He’s just anal bout studying. Heero seems like he would be a cool guy to hang out with if he didn’t have his nose stuck in a book all the time. Sometimes I wish he would loosen up and have some fun now and then.”
*Back in the dorm room*
“I wish I didn’t have such a good view of the basketball court.”
A/N: Ya everyone is kinda outta character, but this fic was more of a random plot bunny that I wrote in about 4 hours. Well beta took longer. Sorry bout the really short first chapter. I will make sure the next one is longer. I just felt that chapter should end right there… Hope you enjoyed it so far! Please review!!!!!!!!
