Will War Never End?

                   Chapter 1

Heero couldn't believe his eyes yet there it was in his hands. A letter from Relena after five years. He glanced at the toddler curled up next to him and smiled. Hara had had a bad dream and had joined daddy in bed last night.

She blinked up at him with intelligent cobalt blue eyes her brown hair messy from sleep matched her dad's. She didn't seem as though her brain was fogged from sleep at all.

"May I come?"She asked and Heero's heart pounded in his ears. As he stared down at her this wasn't the first time she had given him reason to believe she see things before they happend. "Daddy, can I come meet Duo too?"

"Will Duo be there too, Hara?" Heero tested and Hara nodded. Heero cursed under his breath. He didnt want to see Duo again. That was why he had disappeared."Sure, Hara you can come. Will the other pilots be there as well?"

Hara nodded and allowed her dad to carry her to her room where she ran to her bottom dresser drawer. She dug around until she pulled out a forest green tank top and black spandex. She put them on quickly and beamed when her dad came back wearing the same outfit.

Heero packed Hara's suitcase and his own. He watched Hara make her bed as was her morning routine. She then brushed her teeth and ran her brush through her hair even though that didnt make much difference.

Relena had a shuttle waiting for them. So Heero drove to the space port los in thought. He often glanced in the back seat to look at his precious little four year old. She was his gift for having fought in the wars that was what G had said when he had given her to him. Right before Heero had killed him for making a clone of him. Heero had had every intention of killing the kid until he saw her and he fell in love.

So Heero had taken the child in and had raised her to be a normal kid. From a veary young age Heero had realized that Hara was not normal. She often knew of things before they happened. What was worse was sometimes it seemed to Heero that her veary brain contained the  Zero system itself. That often scared him into thinking about just what G had done to alter this kid his kid.

 Hara was singing in the back seat but instead of words she sang in equations. She had always done this and it scared her pre school teachers. They were worried he had done genetic testing before she had been born. Rich people often did that to get the perfect child these days. Heero hid his wealth well everyone thought the young lawyer was living paycheck to paycheck.

The space port loomed in front of them. Heero sighed when he saw Relena waiting. He grinned when he thought about what her reaction to Hara would be.
