Disclaimer:
I do not own Gundam Wing/AC, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
Through Heaven and Hell
Disclaimers: I own nothing.
Author’s notes: This is my sequel to “A Reason to Live.” If you haven’t read it, I suggest you do. Thanks for all the great reviews. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to write this sequel until I read them. This is my first fanfic that has any type of Lemon in it. It’s probably one of the worst ones out there, but I thought it was important to the story. I apologize if you think the Lemon scene is awful.

Part One: Painful Decisions
Chapter One
Trowa’s eyes drifted over the sleeping form of the woman he loved. She slept beside him, her golden hair framing her face beautifully. The light of the sun hit her just right, making it seem as if there was a halo around her head. An angel, he thought to himself, she was an angel.
He ran his fingers along the soft ivory skin on her arm. As he moved, the scar on his wrist caught his attention. It had been a mistake to ever try and kill himself. It would have taken him away from Relena. But at the time it had seemed the only option. Back then, he hadn’t known how Relena had felt about him, how much she loved him.
But know he knew, and he would never let her go, never leave her again. He had promised her that he would never try to kill himself again. And that was a promise he meant to keep.
Her eyelids slowly fluttered open and her violet eyes locked onto his. She smiled, a smile that always seemed to melt his heart. “You\'re staring again.” She said, her face glowing with happiness.
“I can’t help it. You\'re just so beautiful.” Trowa replied, running his fingers across her cheek.
She giggled, grabbing his hand and pulling him down to her. He rested on his elbows, not wanting to put all of his weight on her. “I love you.” She said. “Do you love me?”
“More than life itself.” Trowa replied, letting his lips lightly brush against hers.
She wrapped her arms around his neck, trying to pull him down to her, but he didn’t move. He just wanted to tease her a little bit, to have some fun. Obviously, she didn’t like it.
Relena pushed herself up to him, shoving her tongue deep in his mouth. Trowa loved it when she got aggressive. He let her pull him down to her now, caressing her tongue with his own.
She draped her leg over him, wrapping it around his legs to pull him even closer. There was nothing separating them now, not even the sheets as she had moved them away at some unknown time. Trowa was only aware of what she was doing to his body to notice where the sheets were at the moment.
He rolled over onto his back, pulling Relena along with him, so that she straddled his hips. She broke the kiss, staring deep into his eyes, as she moved her naked body over him. A moan escaped his throat and he could barely suppress the urge to just throw her onto her back and plunge himself deep inside her.
“You’re a tease.” He said, staring into her eyes.
“But you love every second of it, don’t you?” She taunted, once again moving so that she just barely brushed against his already throbbing erection.
He moaned again. He couldn’t take it anymore, she was torturing him. “You know it.” He replied, quickly flipping her onto her back and rolling on top of her.
It was his turn now. He took her mouth with his, while his hands caressed her breasts. He stifled her moans with his lips, not letting her make a sound. Then he broke away, leaving a trail of kisses down her body. He stopped briefly at each nipple, suckling her breast like a hungry baby, rolling his tongue around each of her nipples in turn.
He kept moving downward, dipping his tongue into her navel, relishing the moans he heard from her. And still he contindowndownward, lifting his head momentarily to kiss the inside of each thigh.
By then her hands were on his head, her fingers woven into his hair as she tried to push him where she wanted him. Finally, he did as she wanted, pushing her outer lips aside to take her in his mouth. She trust her hips upward, but he grabbed her hips and held her down, not letting her have control of this situation.
He sucked on he clit, letting his tongue massage it. Her moans grew closer and closer and he knew she was nearing her climax. He could hardly keep himself under control as she cried out in pleasure. Her back arched, sweat covering her body in a thin sheen. He continued with his motions, savoring the taste of her, until her body fell limp to the bed.
“Trowa?” She whined, taking her hands away from his hair. She sat up, grasping his shoulders.
He knew what she wanted. They had done this enough times for him to know exactly what she liked. He positioned himself between her legs, once again pulling her into a deep kiss.
He pulled his mouth away from hers, burying his face in her shoulder as he thrust himself into her in one quick motion. Her nails scratched into his back with each movement he made. He started off slow, pushing himself in and out of her. But soon they had a steady, fast paced rhythm going.
She climaxed again, her vaginal walls closing in around his erection. That sent him over the edge and he finally released himself inside of her. His body spent, he lowered himself down to her, resting on his elbows.
“I love you.” She whispered into his ear, as she ran her fingers through his hair.
“And I love you.” He replied in a shuddered breath.
He pulled himself out of her and rolled over onto his back. Wrapping his arm around her, he pulled her along with him. She snuggled up close beside him, her fingers lazily drawing circles in his chest.
“Damn.” He muttered, looking at the clock on the wall.
“What?” Relena asked, lifting her head from his chest to look into his eyes.
“We missed breakfast.” He said as a smile spread over his face.
She threw her head back and laughed. He loved her laugh so much, it was like music to his ears. He brought her laughs to a halt quickly, when he once again gave her a passionate kiss, running his hands along her sweat slick body.
Chapter Two
As Relena thought of that morning, a smile quickly spread across her face. For a moment she forgot that anyone was in the room with her.
“Relena?”chs’chs’s voice said, pulling her out of her daydreams.
“Yes?” She said, looking to him, her cheeks turning red.
“Did you hear anything I said?” Zechs asked.
“Sorry.” She replied. “I was distracted.”
“By Trowa I bet.” Zechs replied, sounding slightly annoyed. “Well, I guess it can wait until later. Here’s your mail.”
She took the bunch ovelovelopes from his hand. He turned and left the room, mumbling something about how Trowa always distracted her at the wrong time. Relena covered her mouth with her hand, stifling the giggle that was trying to escape her mouth. When Zechs was gone and the door was shut behind him, she finally let it out.
She looked down at her mail, flipping through the various envelopes, looking for anything interesting. It was mostly junk mail, invitations to parties that she always hated going to. But one envelope caught her attention. There wasn’t a return address, but the handwriting looked vaguely familiar.
She opened it, her eyes nearly popping out of their sockets when she saw the words printed on the note inside. She read it out loud as if the words would make more sense to her that way. “Relena, how could you betray me by seeing that nameless bastard? Don’t you know that you will be mine forever? Either you end it with him, or I’ll end it for y
Relena took a deep breath, she couldn’t let herself get scared by this letter, wouldn’t let it scare her. “Zechs?!” she called out.
He rushed in, walking to her side as she sank into her chair. “What is it?” He asked in a nearly panicked voice.
She gave the letter to Zechs, and watched as a shocked expression crossed his face. He looked down at her, his fear apparent in his eyes. “I\'ll get the guards to work on this immediately.” He reassured her. “He won’t get anywhere near you.”
“Promise me that you won’t tell Trowa, that you won’t let him find out.” She said, trying to regain her composure.
“Don’t you think he should know about this?” He asked.
“No. I don’t want him to worry. I won’t let him worry about me.” She said, her tone serious.
“As you wish.” He agreed, although rather reluctantly.
Over the next two months, more letters came, and then one day, it was a package. Luckily, Trowa was away visiting his sister when it came. Zechs was there when she opened it. She dropped it to the floor, seeing the dead cat that was inside of it, or rather what was left of a cat.
She turned to her brother, wrapping her arms around him. He took her away from the dropped package, saying that he would get it later. An instant later, her world was toppled as a loud bang pierced the silence of the countryside.
Zechs fell to the floor, clutching his shoulder. Relena crouched beside him as guards int into the room, crowding around the two of them. “It’s nothing.” Zechs said, the blood showing between his fingers.
“No, it’s not nothing. There’s some sick bastard out there that thinks I’m his.” She nearly shouted.
Then the video phone rang. Relena pressed the receive button, as tuarduards and Zechs watched from over her shoulder. But the transmission was in audio only. “Next time it will be that boyfriend of yours.” The voice said. It was altered to sound mechanical, as if the person didn’t want his voice to be recognizable. “And I won’t miss.”
Everything went dark as Relena felt herself falling. She was vaguely aware of someone catching her, but that didn’t matter. How could she possibly save Trowa from some freak that thought he was in love with her?
Chapter Three
Trowa paced the room. Relena had asked him to meet her, saying that there was something important she had to tell him.
He didn’t like the way that sounded. For the past few weeks, everything had been different. It was as if she were afraid of him. And when he had gotten back from Catherine’s, a trip that Relena had insisted he take, she wouldn’t talk to. S. She wouldn’t even look him in the eye.
The door opened, and he turned to see Relena step into the room. He walked to her, extending his arms to her. But she just pushed his hands away, not letting him embrace her. There was definitely something wrong.
“Trowa, we need to talk.” Relena said, lifting her eyes to meet his for the first time in weeks.
“Yes, what is it?” He asked, feeling a bit nervous. Her eyes were hiding something, and he didn’t know what it was.
“I think we should stop seeing each other.” She said, her voice sounding cold.
He nearly fell over, hearing those words. “What?” He gasped, hoping he had heard wrong.
She stared at him, her eyes still hiding something. “People change Trowa.”
“I haven’t changed.” Trowa interrupted.
“But I have. And I just don’t see a future for us, Trowa.” Her voice was cold and unwavering, without a hint of emotion.
“Relena, don’t do this to me. Please. I love you.” His voice cracked as he spoke, his eyes filling with tears. This couldn’t be happening. Why was she doing this?
“But I don’t love you, Trowa.” She turned away from him, walking to the door. “All your stuff has been packed and sent to Catherine’s. She’s waiting outside for you.”
Trowa just stood there as she left, not wanting to believe that it was over between them. How could she do this to him? What had changed to make her stop loving him?
He sank to his knees, letting his tears fall from his eyes. He wanted to die, to end his life. But he wouldn’t. He had promised Relena that he would never try that again. He couldn’t break a promise, no matter how much his heart ached.
Chapter Four
Relena stepped into her room. As soon as the door was shut behind her, she fell to the r, cr, crying. She pulled her legs closer to her body, curling up into a tight ball as she sobbed.
She had done the right thing, she knew that. It was the only way to make sure Trowa was safe. If he wasn’t around her, then that lunatic wouldn’t hurt him.
It had taken all the strength she had to put on that show in his room. The way his eyes glistened with tears as he pleaded with her not to break his heart, it had almost killed her. She could barely keep her cold mask in place, keep up the lie that she no longer loved him.
It didn’t matter that her own heart was destroyed, as long as Trowa wouldn’t get hurt. She wished she could have done it without crushing him, without breaking hiart.art. But he had to hate her, had to stay away from her. It was only way.
Catherine would take care of him, make sure that he didn’t do anything drastic. Relena hadn\'t told Catherine about the notes, she only said that she didn’t think she really belonged with Trowa. Catherine had demanded to know why, but Relena wouldn’t tell.
How could she explain that she was only trying to protect Trowa, that she didn’t want him to end up dead because of her? There was no other way. Leaving him was the only way to be sure that he was safe. It was the only way.
