(…) Author’s thoughts/notes
Vegeta wanted to have a moment as soon as he walked into his crush’s room. ‘Oh, God. Here I am again.’ He smirked dreamily at the bed he slept in the last time he was here. ‘I almost wish that something will happen here tonight.’ His thoughts became erotic as he thought of the many possibilities. ‘In fact, I do.’ “Vegeta?” A concerned voice snapped him out of his thoughts.
“Huh?” Vegeta stood at attention and stared into the beautiful male’s eyes.
“You okay? You were spacing for a minute.” Kakarot stared at him worriedly.
“I-I’m fine. Yep. Never been better.” Vegeta reassured with a grin.
Kakarot stared at him for a minute more before gesturing to his desk. “Good. Well, which subject do you want to start on first?”
Vegeta’s thoughts turned disappointing. ‘Right. I’m here to do homework. Well, it’s better than not being here at all.’ He let a small smile show before heading for the desk and sitting down. “How about something easy? Like…none of them.” Vegeta rested his head in his hands; already wanting to give up.
Kakarot thought for a moment. “Okay. Which classes are you behind in?”
‘All the ones I’m in with you.’ Vegeta coughed lightly before answering. “Um…pretty much…all of them. Except gym.” He chuckled lightly in shame.
It took a moment for Kakarot to register what the other said before coming to a conclusion. “Okay.” He answered unsurely. “Let’s just start with the one we start the day with.”
“English?” Vegeta whined.
Kakarot nodded with enthusiasm. “Sure. Let’s get the worst out of the way.”
Vegeta sighed and slumped in his chair. “They’re all terrible and friggin’ hard!”
Kakarot looked at Vegeta for a moment before bending down to his level and raising a finger at him. “Now, Vegeta. The first rule in being my pupil, is no negativity. Got it? All positive thoughts in this room.” He straightened and opened his arms wide, gesturing about the room with a smile.
Vegeta blushed lightly at the teen and couldn’t help but look towards the bed. ‘Oh I can probably think of some positive thoughts.’ “I can do that.” He rested his arm on the desk and rested his head against his hand with a smirk.
Kakarot crossed his arms with pride. “Great. Now, how far behind are you in that class?” He went over to a chair at the corner of his room that had a stack of books on it and cleared them off before dragging it over to sit beside Vegeta.
Vegeta tried to fight the urge to lean against the perfect male next to him as he thought about his question. “Let’s see…umm…what week are we in now? Wait, what month is it? Oh! Umm…I don’t know.” He answered truthfully before his thoughts became sullen again. “I’m screwed.” He dropped his head on the desk.
Kakarot scooted closer before grabbing his book and opening it. “No problem. We’ll just go over what we’re doing now.”
Vegeta reluctantly sat up to see what Kakarot was talking about. “Alright.”
After two and a half hours of Vegeta listening to his crush’s lovely voice, Kakarot was getting the impression that his pupil wasn’t listening to him. “Vegeta? Are you still with me so far?”
Vegeta stared dreamily at him before snapping out of it. “Uh, yeah. Of course.”
Kakarot didn’t believe him. “Oh, really? Then repeat what I just said.”
Vegeta resisted the urge to roll his eyes. ‘Geez. The guy sounds like an actual teacher.’ “Um…something about a…periodic table?”
Kakarot narrowed his eyes in suspicion at the other. “I think it’s time for a break.”
“Oh, thank God.” Vegeta said in relief before standing and flopping himself on the bed. Kakarot turned himself in his chair to sit on it backwards and he watched the other. Vegeta closed his eyes for a moment before a thought occurred to him. He leaned up to rest on his arm as his head rested on his hand while crossing his legs that hung over the end of the bed. “Where’s your father at? Does he work late or something?”
Kakarot shrugged. “His schedule is unpredictable. Sometimes he doesn’t come home for a few days at a time.” Suddenly wanting something to do, he got up to resituate some things on his dresser, which wasn’t very much.
“I see.” Vegeta’s gaze became thoughtful for a moment. “You must be pretty lonely. No wonder you want someone to spend time with.” He moved to kneel on the bed with his hands resting on it in front of him while smiling playfully. “I should come over more often.” (If he had a tail, it would be waving about flirtatiously :3). ‘Come on. Look at me.’
Kakarot turned to him and leaned against his dresser while crossing his arms and smirked. “Yeah, you should.” Then a thought occurred to him. “But what about your dad? Won’t he be worried about you? I guess we should tell him where you are.” He moved to leave the room but Vegeta stopped him.
He quickly moved towards the edge of the bed and sat. “No! I mean…”
Kakarot paused and turned towards the other; waiting for an explanation. Vegeta looked to the side as he tried to think of one. When one didn’t come, Kakarot decided to state what he’s noticed. “You know, it seems to me that you don’t want me talking to him. You don’t even want to seem to go home at all. Why is that?”
Vegeta looked up at him in surprise before denying the truth. “It’s nothing. He just doesn’t care where I am is all. Besides, he’s usually working too. So…it doesn’t matter.” He stood then and went over to the desk; looking over the books but not actually reading them. ‘Well, this is different than what I had originally planned.’
Kakarot noticed the signs and went over to place a hand on his shoulder. “It’s okay. You don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to. At least, not now anyway.” He smiled comfortingly, but determined; not willing to let this conversation drop but to continue another time.
Vegeta smiled in return. “Thanks.”
Kakarot looked down at the books as well. “Shall we continue?”
Vegeta sighed. “Sure. Might as well.”
After another hour, night started to fall as the study session came to a close. Vegeta stretched and yawned in his seat. “Ugh, can we call it a day? My brain can no longer function.”
Kakarot chuckled. “Sure. I think you get the gist of what’s going on.”
Vegeta shrugged. “Eh, some of it. We’ll see.”
Kakarot nodded. “Tomorrow, I can help you study to make up for the English test, if you want.”
Vegeta nodded tiredly. “That’d be good.”
“Okay. Let’s see…I’ll mark some notes in your book so that you may look at them tomorrow during study hall.” Kakarot said as he grabbed his book and jotted down some words and marked a few places.
While he did that, Vegeta couldn’t help but notice that his father was home and from the looks of the man pacing back and forth across the lighted windows, he was drunk…again. So much for the promise. Vegeta’s tired gaze became sullen at the sight before turning to his tutor. “Kakarot, would you mind if I stayed here tonight?”
Kakarot stopped writing to look at the other in slight surprise. “Well, I wouldn’t mind at all, but why don’t you want to go home?” He knew he’d let it drop for now, but he couldn’t help questioning on it since the opportunity came again.
Vegeta stood; completely ignoring the other’s question. “Great. I’ll go to the bedroom downstairs. Thanks.”
As soon as Vegeta stood, Kakarot noticed the lights were on at the little two story house across the street. “Your dad’s home. I’m sure he might be wondering where you are.”
“No! I told you, Kakarot, he doesn’t care where I am! Now, would you drop it?!” With that, the lithe teen left the room.
Kakarot was surprised at the other’s reaction, but that didn’t stop him from chasing him down the hall and catching him just before he went down the stairs. “Wait, Vegeta! First, tell me what’s going on.” He went to grab the other’s arm to stop him, but it was shaken off.
“It’s none of your business, Kakarot! Just leave it be!” He moved to go downstairs, but was stopped again.
“I’m not letting it be, Vegeta! Something’s obviously bothering you and I can’t let it be until I know what’s wrong!” Kakarot paused so that he may calm himself. “Please. I want to help-“
“Yeah, well there’s nothing you can do, Kakarot! On second thought, I think I’ll sleep over at Sentaro’s tonight.” Vegeta tried moving again, but was once again halted when Kakarot stood in his path.
“Tell me.” He gave him a pleading look, one that was really hard for Vegeta to resist.
Vegeta hesitated. “I…it…” He sighed in defeat as he moved back to lean against the wall. “My father’s a drunk.” He answered bluntly.
It took a few minutes for Kakarot to piece it together. “You mean…!” He couldn’t finish the thought of the horrible possibility of what’s really going on over at his house. Vegeta’s expression became sullen again as he looked at the floor. “All those times you’ve had those bruises, they…weren’t from fighting others?” Vegeta hesitated again before shaking his head. Kakarot took a step towards him in surprise. “Vegeta…you should tell someone.”
Vegeta looked to him with a scowl. “No.”
Kakarot was taken back. “What? Why not?”
It was Vegeta’s turn to take a step forward. “Because he’s all I’ve got, okay?! Besides…it’s not like I don’t deserve it.” He murmured the last part, but Kakarot heard it.
“Vegeta! What do you mean?! Why would anyone deserve something like that! Vegeta!” Vegeta moved to go downstairs, but Kakarot wasn’t having that and grabbed his arm again.
“Damn it, Kakarot! Just leave it alone! Please…” Vegeta tried releasing his arm, but Kakarot refused to let him go. He was about to burst into tears if he didn’t leave soon. He struggled a bit more before Kakarot pulled him forward for a hug. He let him do it as he gripped the other’s shirt with his free hand. “Damn you…” He tried to hold back the tears at the gesture.
“Vegeta, you’re my friend. I want to help you. No matter what.” Kakarot said with a soft tone.
Vegeta looked up at him in surprise. “You…I’m…your friend?”
Kakarot smiled. “Of course. I think we’re past that point of being acquaintances and up to the next stage of being friends. Don’t you think?”
Vegeta relaxed at the sincerity of the other’s words and smiled softly in return. “Yes. I suppose you’re right.”
Kakarot briefly lifted his chin, gesturing towards the smile on the other’s face. “There’s a smile. You should do that more often.” Vegeta blushed at his crush’s words and ducked his head shyly, before it was brought up again. “And you’re staying the night.” Kakarot said gently but firm.
Vegeta smirked playfully. “Are you always this demanding?”
Kakarot smirked as well as he brought their faces closer. “Well, I am your bodyguard, aren’t I?”
Vegeta’s face went red as his eyes became half-lidded. He stared at the other’s lips, expecting a kiss, but instead he watched them distance themselves from him. Disappointment filled him as he looked to the other’s eyes. They appeared to have a bit of disappointment in them too, but Vegeta wasn’t too sure. “Good night.” Kakarot whispered before gently letting go of the other and headed towards his room.
Vegeta stared longingly at the other’s back as he watched him leave. ‘That’s it? He’s not going to tuck me in or anything? No…make out session before we depart? What happened there anyway? It went from a pleasant evening to a fight, then to an almost happy ending. How disappointing.’ His expression turned into a frown as he stumbled over the first step down the stairs, then almost falling down a few to making it in one piece at the bottom. He cleared his throat before resituating his appearance then strutted towards the guest room. His mind filled with thoughts of what could have been.

Heavy pants and moans filled the air as two sweaty male bodies joined together, only to part slightly, then reunite again. Vegeta gripped the sheets tightly with one hand, while the other held onto his partner. Kakarot kissed what skin was arched towards him as he pumped harder and faster into his lithe lover. He whimpered in bliss every time Vegeta cried out his name in his ecstasy and whispered his name in return every now and then. “Ah! Yes, Kakarot! Yes! That’s it! More! Please!” Vegeta screamed as he met every thrust his lover brought to him.
Kakarot didn’t hesitate in giving what his partner wanted and brought bruising thrusts to conjoin with the other’s hips. Vegeta’s cries of pleasure didn’t cease until an electric current of pure bliss ran up his spine to settle into his mind while an earsplitting cry escaped from him. Kakarot watched as he brought his lover release and came with a cry of his own. Vegeta mumbled his partner’s name as he came back down to earth. Kakarot panted at the sight of his sated lover, then suddenly bent down to bite deeply into his neck and clawed across his torso. Vegeta screamed at the pain…
Vegeta woke with a start as he sat up in bed. ‘What the hell was that? It was going good until…that happened.’ He panted at the disturbing end of the dream as he closed his eyes and ran a hand through his hair. However, his moment of recuperation was interrupted when he noticed someone standing a few feet off the side of the bed. He looked up and noticed that it was the man from his dreams. “Uh…I was going to wake you…since…school starts in…an hour.” Kakarot said a bit nervously, wondering exactly what had the other so flustered. He heard moans coming from the room earlier and went to investigate, needing to wake him anyway, but hesitated at the sight of the other writhing on the bed in his sleep.
Vegeta stared at him in surprise and held his breath. “Oh. Well…thanks. I’m awake now.” He let out the breath as he continued to stare at the teen.
Kakarot nodded and slowly went to back out of the room. “Okay. Um…I made some breakfast…in case you’re…hungry?” It started out as a statement, but ended with an uncertain question.
Vegeta didn’t move as he watched the other slowly leave the room. “Okay. I’ll…be there in a minute.”
Kakarot only nodded before leaving the room completely. Vegeta sighed, then rested his head in his hands. ‘Ah, damn it! I wonder what all he saw.’ He moved to lift the sheet off of himself and looked himself over. ‘Oh good. I didn’t do anything embarrassing. However, I do have a major hard on. Damn it.’ He stared uncertainly at the door before putting his hand in his pants and relieving himself so he may look more presentable in front of his crush.
Kakarot staggered a bit into the kitchen and sat down at the island in the middle of the room. ‘Oh crap. What…was he dreaming about? Ugh, I could smell it on him. How awkward.’ He ran a hand through his untamed locks before concentrating on something else, like…pouring some orange juice into his glass. He vaguely heard some more moaning coming from the room, but decided to ignore it as he drank the juice.
With that out of the way, Vegeta went to the bathroom to clean himself up, and other things that needed tending to, before dressing in the same clothes he wore yesterday and grabbed his bag before meeting Kakarot in the kitchen. He stopped at the entrance then hesitantly made his way over to sit a chair away from Kakarot. ‘Wow. This is awkward. Fuck! I hate awkward! Especially with him…when it seemed like things were going someplace.’ He sighed as he set his bag on the floor and went to dig into the food before him. No conversation was started or attempted for a while, until Vegeta couldn’t take it anymore. “So…you cook?”
Kakarot didn’t turn to look at him while he answered. “Mhm.” He answered simply after swallowing what food he had in his mouth.
Vegeta nodded awkwardly as he tried to continue the conversation. “Um…did you…learn yourself or…did your father teach you?”
Kakarot looked to him then. “Uhh…a little bit of both. At first, father cooked for me, but since he’s gone from work a lot, I had to learn some things on my own.”
“Ah. Interesting. Do you like it? ‘Cause…I mean…you’re quite good at it. Unless…this is all leftover from what your father made.” It started out kind of awkward, but Vegeta managed to put in a light joke and smirked at the other.
Kakarot chuckled, causing the mood in the room to lighten a bit. “No. There’s rarely any leftovers. We eat quite a bit and anything we make is pretty much all gone by the end of the day.”
Vegeta chuckled in return. “So I’ve seen. I’m surprised they let you get away with it at school.”
“Yes, well…more food for me means more money for them.” Kakarot laughed lightly.
“I suppose that’s true.” Vegeta joined him in the laughter. ‘Oh good. Things are getting back to normal.’
After a while of small talking, Kakarot looked at the time. “Oh! We have fifteen minutes. We should get going.” Kakarot stacked up his dishes and put them in the sink before grabbing his bag and waited for Vegeta to do the same.
“Right.” Vegeta nodded before following Kakarot’s actions, then grabbed his bag and joined him at the door. They quickly walked to school with little talking on the way and walked up to the entrance. “Well, I’ll see around?” Vegeta asked awkwardly as he shifted the bag on his shoulder.
Kakarot nodded with a nervous smile. “Sure. See you later.” He gave a little wave before walking in the building.
Vegeta sighed as he watched his crush walk away and entered the building himself. His thoughts were on this morning when they were interrupted by a certain annoying friend. “Hey! Someone looks like they got a good lay last night!” Sentaro so pleasantly exclaimed as he reached his friend.
Vegeta sighed again, but in disappointment. He could only imagine what he looked like. His hair was probably a mess and he was wearing the same clothes he wore yesterday, which is his usual look whenever he spent the night at Brolly’s. “No, it was only a dream.” He reached his locker and opened it, putting away books he didn’t need for his first class.
Sentaro leaned against the locker next to Vegeta’s. “Aw, that’s too bad. I’m sure you’ll get there with him.” He smirked.
Vegeta sighed (again) in hope before shutting his locker. “Speaking of which, how did it go with the hot exchange student?” He nodded towards the handsome foreigner down the hall.
Sentaro followed his line of sight as he too, sighed. “Not as well as I hoped. Either he’s really ignorant…or he just chooses to ignore the signs.” He crossed his arms and turned fully facing the handsome student.
Vegeta sighed as well (ugh, what’s their problem? They sound like they’re in love or something ;) ). “I know what you mean.” He stood beside his friend as they both watched the foreigner engage conversation with the athletes. “Well, for starters, he’s hanging with the wrong crowd. You know they’ll be telling him all kinds of juicy gossip about us troublemakers.” He headed in the other direction to his first class.
Sentaro reluctantly followed. “Ugh, damn it. I want that finely toned ass of his. Why can’t he just use me for a night so I’ll quit dreaming about him? Then maybe…I’ll quit bothering him.” He eyed his crush behind him, as if his frustrations were the other’s fault.
Vegeta grunted/sighed. “God, don’t I know what you mean.”
“Ooooo! I almost forgot to tell you! The head asshole is having a party at his place this weekend. Apparently his parents are going to be out of town for a week or two. Wanna come?” Sentaro decided to change the subject to get both of their minds off of the men they desired…for the time being.
Vegeta thought for a moment. “I don’t know. Last time I went, the guy hit on me. Who knows what he’ll try next.”
Sentaro groaned. “Oh, come on, man! That was like…forever ago. I’m sure he’s over it.” Just when they were about to reach the classroom, Yamcha stepped out with a buddy of his. “Speak of the devil.” He murmured.
Both Yamcha and Vegeta stopped for a moment and stared at one another. An intense look went through the other’s eyes before he kept on walking. Vegeta stood still as the guy passed him, before going into the room. However, that didn’t stop Sentaro from watching the teen walk away for a moment then caught up with his buddy. “Yeah, I’m not going.” Vegeta answered as he set his bag on the floor next to his chair.
“Yeah well…have fun sitting at home this weekend.” Sentaro threw out; reminding Vegeta what awaited him at home before taking his seat.
Vegeta groaned, forgetting about his father. He glanced over at Kakarot, who was watching him, for a moment then took his seat as class began.

This is the longest story I’ve got written so far. So this should continue for a few more chapters until I get something else up...maybe.
