Sorry it’s a short chapter but the next one will be longer

Chapter 11
It was the next day and Rai had fallen asleep on Kai’s bed from the other night. He woke up and noticed that he was still naked. He could feel something sticky in between his legs until he remembered what had happened the other night. He sat up and was about to stand up when he felt a sharp pain in between his legs. Rai fell back onto the bed, he looked down between his legs, he was all red.
This time he tried to stand up the pain was throbbing but he slowly was able to get to the bathroom. He decided to have a bath because it seemed that his legs weren’t going to hold out for him in the shower.
In the lounge room Kai was sitting on the couch reading the news paper with his coffee like he usually does nearly every morning. He heard the water running from the bathroom and by that he knew that Rai was awake. Rai soon finished having his bath and got changed into some baggy pants and a loose top. He then walked out of the room his first class wasn’t until 10:45am so he had about two hours and a half before he had to go.
He saw Kai sitting on the couch reading the newspaper, Rai walked over to the couch and sat down. “Um about last night, I don’t really regret what we did its just that does this lead to something or not” Rai looked at him. Kai faced him and saw the confused look in Rai’s eyes. He had told Rai before they made love, that he cared for him. He was amazed that Rai was even speaking to him right now. He thought that maybe Rai would probably wait a day before speaking to him.
Their was a bit of silence between the two, neither one not knowing what to say to one another. Until Kai finally spoke “what do you want from me” Kai asked him. “Last night when you told me that you care for me, was that true or wasn’t it” Rai then asked him. “Please Kai tell me was it true what you said”. Kai wasn’t sure what to say here he was being asked if what he told Rai last night was true or not. It was now a lot harder to think about how he was going to answer that. Of course he wouldn’t be able to get out of this one this time “Kai” he had to say something. After hearing Rai say his name in such a gentle way, he knew that their was no turning back now. What happened, happened their was no rewind button no turning back, what’s pasts has pasts.
Their was only one thing Kai could say, even though this would change the future he had planned for himself. He couldn’t deny how he felt no matter how hard he tried, he took Rai’s hands in his and said “I didn’t lie when I told you I care for you”. It may not have been ‘I love you’ or ‘I want to always be with you forever’. No in Kai’s heart he could not come out and say those words. He was afraid for the first time in his entire life he was afraid. Just like what he told Rai the other night, that he was his weakness. Because of that it scared him shitless, afraid of what others will think of him. He didn’t want to hurt Rai in any way but if that time did come, both him and Rai would suffer.
As for right now their new relationship was taking its true first step a step which will either end in happiness or sadness.
