Chapter 12

Yuki/Duo POV

I was always excited now to come home from anything be it church or, work I’d sign online as quickly as I could. Just so I could talk with Heero again, he was the only one in this world it seemed that understood me. We had role played and talked for nearly two years now.

I had yet to really figure out where Heero actually lived, we were so wrapped up in our role plays most of the time. We had so much fun that I really didn’t care as clearly it wasn’t important for the developments of our role plays anyways.

I sat down at the computer as it seemed to take an eternity to boot up, I had lost interested in doing anything after work. Besides talking with Heero it never failed he was always on to talk with no matter what time of the day it was he told me if I ever needed him he would always be on.

It was true he was always there and he always answered me, the same was said for today, he was signed on as my messenger signed in. He always instant messaged me first, I never seemed to have a chance to blink which always made me feel happy.

Heero Yuy: Good evening, Maxwell how was your day?

Duo Maxwell: It could have been better honestly. It is a lot better now that I get to see talk to you now though.

Heero’s POV

Heero Yuy: Aw another shitty day at work? (of course I actually saw what happened he got picked on again, by some of the other people at work. He had gained more weight but kept his pretty golden locks, his face was still attractive too just more chubby. It just seemed everyone was jealous of him because of his hair, which was a stupid thing but,  poor Duo would get cracks about his weight almost everyday.

Bullies at work would poke and prod him in the break room, and pull his hair it was like high school or something, it made my blood boil I hated seeing him sitting in his car sobbing when the day was done.)

Duo Maxwell’s POV

Duo Maxwell: Yeah I guess you can say that. (I always got into habits of ranting everything to Heero, he was my only friend.)

Heero’s POV

Heero Yuy: You want to talk about it with me? (I knew he did he always did, I just wish I could hold him while he talked. I was frustrated at the moment as well because  I was still a few years away from finding out if I can go through this same black hole. It appeared it was a twenty four hour event that had taken place near the reaches of Mars.  My only reasoning as to why Duo was being taken in this direction in the first place, was he had decided to take the quicker rout, around to the colony he had to get to swiftly. Then the black hole started to pull his ship in toward it and Duo had no Idea. Tell it was  to late though it was amazing the entire ship didn’t get sucked in, so that proved to me that Duo at least had put up a decent fight.

Duo Maxwell:  Well its just these assholes at work always… well you see its kind of embarrassing really.

Heero Yuy: Well I won’t judge you, Duo you know that.

Duo Maxwell: I know, still I am twenty years old, I am getting picked on by younger kids at work and older adults. I just… I don’t know how much longer I can take it Heero.

Heero Yuy: (I could practically hear the sorrow in his voice even if he wasn’t talking, as he went on typing I watched on the Duo cam as tears slipped over his smooth cheeks. I bit my lip.)  Don’t Cry Duo, don’t listen to anything those fools have to say. (I was shaking with rage, I wanted to get to that world without to much more delay! It was going to take me a bit more time, though I had found my other self in that world. That is when the idea hit me! I should be friend my other self on instant messenger then allow these two to meet!)

I quickly looked up his name which was Mark E.  Arrowmen the second, I pointed a satellite camera  of that world down toward here he lived. Wow this was amazing I thought he only lived one hour away from Yuki and on the same highway 21! Though appeared to live out in the farther reaches of the state of Ohio, I watched him for a bit he was overweight as well with brown hair and brown eyes.  He worked for a book binding company. He was nineteen as well; I was watching him haul a crate of books on a conveyer belt that was loading up into a truck. The question was is he homosexual I wondered to myself I guess I’ll just have to find out.

Then I noticed my instant message box was flashing madly on the tool bar, then I hear a ringing. I brought the box up and was Greeted with a stream of text.

Duo Maxwell:  Yeah well its easy for you to say such things when your so far away, I mean I am the one who has to deal with it all the time! Even if I have you here on the internet, what good is that really I mean you might as well not even be here at all! ( Sent 1:30pm)

Duo Maxwell: Hey I didn’t mean that I hope your not mad at me… (Sent 1:35pm)

Duo Maxwell: Heero hello? ( Sent 1:37)

Duo Maxwell:  Did you sign out and not tell me? ( Sent 1:40)

Duo Maxwell: I am going to sign out! (Sent 1:50pm)

(Crap I had been silent for nearly an hour.)

Heero Yuy: Hey I am sorry about that, I was checking into seeing what I could do to perhaps come visit you sometime.

Duo Maxwell: WHAT REALLY!?

Heero Yuy: Yes really but clam down please I am not exactly sure at present just how I will accomplish all of this. I swear to you  I will find away to get to you, Duo and I will protect you soon you will not be trembling alone anymore.

Duo Maxwell: Aw that is all so sweet, well I hope you find away soon… Tell then would you like to role play with me?

Heero Yuy: Yes I would love too.
