Chapter 3

The siren screamed around Duo as he was taking down the last hidden OZ base in Canada, he just chopped down the search tower with his scythe that shut the annoying sound off as the building crumbled around him. While his back was turned an OZ mobile suit rushed up behind him and hit him in the back with a missile which sent Duo’s Gundam barreling forward but it didn’t do any real damage to the Gundam its self.

“You damn cowardly bastard hitting me in the back,” Duo had used the momentum of the blast to swiftly turn Deathscythe around and shot his boomerang like shield into the Mobile suits chest and blew the thirteen foot suite to kingdom come. The boomerang shield then returned to Deathscythe’s out starched arm.

Just as this happened five mobile suits surround Duo’s gundam and started raining fire down on him. As the missiles were being shot at him all at once it sounded like metal hail hitting against Duo’s super tough gundanimalo. This wasn’t enough to destroy Deathscythe, but enough to scuff him up also give the pilot inside a massive headache Duo made to swing around and chop off all of there heads with his scythe when there was a rain of red fire coming from behind and he watched on his monitor as the ones from behind got completely destroyed so did the rest that had surrounded him the bullets burnt through the mobile suits like a hot knife through butter. His sensors alerted him that a whole new group of mobile suits was coming in from behind.

“Oh just great,” Duo grumbled to himself, “Just what I need a whole new army.”

Duo turned Deathscythe around and saw the brown mobile suits with machine guns marching that way. With another Gundam that looked almost like his besides for a few differences but the make was the same they carried two throwing swords that arched like half moons. The Gundam was taking out the OZ soldiers left and right this was the second Gundam he had seen at the moment he was glad then again he didn’t know if he was the enemy or not. Though he was fighting off OZ didn’t mean he was his friend.

None the less they fought beside each other tell the OZ base was destroyed. Duo had only just arrived ten minutes ago so together it took them twenty minutes to destroy the whole perimeter. Now the two Gundam’s faced each other Duo alone with no one behind him the other had a whole army. Duo turned on his speaker, “Hey there I owe you one,” Duo wondered if they would speak back. “That is if your on my side.”

“Duo is that you?” Quatre wondered in his same happy go lucky tone from Sandrock recognizing his voice right off the bat he had been thinking about him since last night.

“This is 02, lets talk some place a bit more off of the airwaves.” Duo didn’t want to confirm his name out loud.

“Very well fallow me 02, we don’t have anything to worry about though there is no other enemies in the area.” Quatre added he was very excited to hear Duo’s voice thus why he made the error of saying his name he understood Duo’s percussion. They left the area together and went back into the deep forest where Duo put his Gundam on stealth mode. Quatre though wasn’t the only one happy to see Duo only Ezekiel’s joy was so he could try and get him back for what he did.

“Master Quatre please be careful this was the thief from yesterday” Rashid warned him from his own mobile suit. As Quatre happily exited his Gundam by riding down on the lowering cable Rashid was always worried for the naive child.

“I understand Rashid, I will be” Quatre said and hoped off the stirrup of the lowering cable once it got to the ground. “Come on out 02 its ok my men won’t harm you.”

Duo sighed damn he thought he had escaped which technically he did they just ran into each other. Duo was excited himself to see Quatre none the less and to see he was driving a Gundam and operated it with surprisingly skilled ease. He opened the hatch to his cock pit and road down on his own cord skillfully and hoped off once it got to the ground and kind of skipped over to Quatre across the ground and stopped in front of him a few feet away. “Hmm well fancy meeting you in such a place,” Duo chuckled and scratched the back of his head feeling a bit nervous as the rest of Quatre’s army began coming out of there suits.

“Well if your against OZ and are fighting for the peace of the colonies then yes.” Duo shrugged and put his hands on his hips comfortably.

“Yup we sure are on the same side I am so happy,” Quatre smiled and put his hand out to shake Duo’s. “This is wonderful you’re the second Gundam Pilot I have met now who is fighting for peace.”

Duo nodded ”Oh really” Duo said taking Quatre’s hand not wanting to leave him hanging or anything. “Well I guess its nice to meet you again I am glad you happened by when you did those jerks were giving me a headache” Duo said happily shaking his hand. “I have met another pilot too he is fighting for peace as well but is a real prick not nice like you.”

“Oh that is too bad the one I met is really nice” Quatre and Trowa had shared some special moments together but Quatre never heard from Trowa again since they met which really hurt the blonde.

“Well that is good that your in counters with our kind have been a nice thing then, though I never knew there was anyone else out there like me which is odd.” Duo said letting Quatre’s hand go damn Doctor G probably knew all long fucker he thought.

The rest of Quatre’s men came up behind him Rashid on one side Ezekiel on the other he had his arms crossed and looked pissed. “I wouldn’t speak so fast you still mugged me and stole my money just cause you’re a Gundam Pilot doesn’t give you the right to steal.”

Duo sighed “You really want to get into this with me?” he wondered Ezekiel must be dumber then he thought if he was going to confront him in public about this.

“Um yeah you stole my money you little bastard and kicked me in my manhood you owe me big time!” Ezekiel bellowed “From the country we come from we kill people for what you did!” He marched over and got in his face.

“Ezekiel please get out of his face you have no rights to harsh 02 we need him!” Quatre snapped he had to endure Ezekiel’s wrath last night and was feeling pretty sore. After Ezekiel had looked for two hours for Duo and came up empty handed he had raped Quatre to make himself feel better. Quatre nodded and smirked “Hmm I see then, perhaps from now on you’ll learn to be a bit more careful next time you might not be so lucky and what we are all fighting for might fail thanks to you. You messing up or any of us we don’t want to be the cause of the down fall to this grand mission for the peace of the colonies you know.” His tone was serious and firm and left no room for argument.

“You are very right Quatre” Duo blinked as he had sat up and went into the middle of the tub his braid plopped into the water he sighed he hated when his hair got wet and it didn’t need too. “I never really had anyone lecture me like this before.” Duo said scratching the back of his head. “Well besides Sister Helen back at the Orphanage,” Duo smirked he kind of liked Quatre even more now.

“Hmm well perhaps you need some, I only say these things because I care for the greater good of the colonies I care for peace.” Quatre said seriously to Duo. “Also I care about you too.” He added of course he did Duo was wonderful he didn’t care if he just met him yesterday.
