I sat in my room, sorrounded by black walls covered in posters. I stared at the computer in front of me, and all it did was stare back. I squinted into the moniter, and caught my reflection. A sad face, witha sinlgle bandage across a broken nose. My oncve bouncy hair lay in bangs around my face, shadowing my grey eyes. Heh. A face only a mother could love. I leaned down and switched the computer on at the base, wondering waht to do. The screen came to life in a flash and nearly blinded me. Stupid bad eyes. I logged on to the internet and signed on to a the same chat room I talked to Bryan on.
I went on with the same username and a picture of myself on the bottom of the screen. Lets show the world. I spent two hours talking to loser perverts who were all trying to meet me until I got a message saying one of my contacts had singed on. I checked and smiled when I saw falborg285. Finally. Someone descent to talk to. I sent him a message and waited. A moment later...
falborg285 ahs joined the chatroom.
falborg285- Hey Max.

falborg285- Whoa.

falborg285-I\'m looking at your picture.

I woke up the next day, slightly happier than usual and with a smile on my face. School passed by in a blur and I barely noticed the people whispering about me behind their backs. I didn\'t see Kai the only person I knew that I saw was Kevin. He had grown about a foot and was about an inch taller than Lee. His green hair was tied back into a ponytail. We were in Math class and he was sitting there, by the window only half listening. I stared at him for a couple of minutes, amazed by how green his hair was. Was that even natural...
Halfway through an algebra test, I felt a tug on my arm and turned to see Kevin holding a note. I took it and read it. \'Hi. Heard about what happened with Kai\'. I replied. \'So?\' He stared at the paper for a few moments before scribbling down an answer and passing the paper to me. Wait. Why was Kevin even making contact with me? The freak of the goddam whats-it-called school? He should be intimidating me and calling me a sad loser, not passing me notes of civilised converstaion.
\'I just didn\'t think you were gay is all\'
\'Whats your point?\'
\'Well...I\'m bisexual\'
\'Sheesh. Everyone seems to like boys these days...\'
\'Nah...only about one-twentyeth of the school.\'

I stopped and thought for a minute before replying. My life was all depressed I\'d met a friend on the internet who conviniently lived close to me and now Kevin was asking me out? Someone up there likes me...Kevin was kinda cute.

\'Cool. How about on Saturday?\'

Kevin read the message and smiled at me. I blushed and smiled back. Wow...a blush. Haven\'t had one of those in a long time. The bell went, but before I could talk to Kevin, Mariah dragged him off and I was forced to spend my lunch time alone again. I decided not to run the risk of eating again and headed to the computer room. I spent twenty minutes typing on an online diary before heading out. On the way through the door, I was surprised by Kevin.
\"Err..hey Max.\" I blushed crimson red. What is wrong with me? Why am I acting this way? Am I crushing on Kevin? Oh well..at least he\'s bi.
\"Hi Kevin. Still on for Saturday?\"
\"Yea sure.\"
\"Whatcha doin\'?
\"I\'m going online. I\'ve met this great new friend.\"
\"Don\'t you hang around with Lee and Gary?\"
\"Those losers? Please!\"
He sat down at one of the computers and logged on. His username was MorbidMonkeyman. How creative. I sat down next to him. He smiled when he saw he got a message. From FALBORG285. Gasp. Kevin knew Bryan? And they were both gay...was I jealous? No...stupid hormones. Kevin and Bryan struck up a converstaion and I just happened to forget to tell Kevin I\'d been talking to Bryan too.
