A/N: Sorry I haven’t updated in a while. >< Inspiration hit me like an atomic bomb, but it aimed for the wrong story. :/ So now, I’m writing two stories, but I won’t be posting the other one until this one is finished. Other plots and themes snuck themselves in, so I MIGHT, post one of those…if they’re oneshots. But yeah, I’m determined to finish this story. If I don’t, I shall give you all my address and grant you permission to put a gun to my head until I do, hehe. Also, I kinda wrote this in a hurry because of the delay so…I hope it isn’t too horrible. :/

(…) - Author’s notes
Vegeta’s POV
‘What is with Kakarot? He seems a bit…jumpy today. Hm, maybe telling him about mating wasn’t such a good idea after all.’ I wonder to myself as Kakarot gets ready for training, who was glancing at me every once and a while. I raise an eyebrow at his behavior, but I ignore it as best as I can.
‘Last night was so humiliating. How could I let my guard down like that? Third-class or not, neither are an excuse to be so careless.’ I looked back at the twitching fool. ‘Maybe that’s why he’s so paranoid today?’ I growled at the clown’s behavior. ‘I’m suppose to able to read people like a book. Why does this idiot put all my suspicions at a dead end?’
“Well, I’m off to training! See ya later, Vegeta!” The said idiot waves at me with that big, dumb grin and takes off with his Master and training partner.
I scowled at the cue ball. ‘Baldy just better watch where he sets those beady little eyes on. I’ll scorch them out of his skull!’ I growled again and stood, just finished eating my breakfast. I then go outside myself to do training of my own. I took to the air and flew a little ways from the absurdly pink house, making sure to take note of some of the unique looking scenery so I wouldn’t lose my way again. “That was pathetic.” I grumbled to myself at the awful memory.
After a few minutes, I land in an inhabited forest, at least as far as I know, then started off with some simple moves. ‘I shall train my body for half the day, then mediate. I can’t have Kakarot pulling stunts like the one last night and get away with it.’ As I fought my invisible foe, the monster of my history came to mind. ‘Also, I must become a Super Saiyan.’
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After training non-stop all day, I returned to the barely noticeable island, hunger getting the best of me. ‘Why else would I come back?’ I asked myself as I land. “Hey, Vegeta! How was your training today?” Kakarot came out and greeted me.
‘He seems to be over his paranoia now.’ I gave the child an odd look, then smirked. “It went well. I think I became immensely stronger today.” I stretched. “If my training keeps up like this, you won’t even be a challenge to me Kakarot.”
He gives me a surprised look. “Really?” He asked with some skepticism.
I stopped stretching. “Of course, fool. Why would I lie about my strength?” I crossed my arms with a scowl as I waited for an answer.
The idiot tilted his head and I growled at the move, knowing it all too well. “I don’t know.”
I sneered at him and made my way inside, Kakarot followed closely behind. As I made it into the living room, I realized the old man is making dinner. ‘I’ll bathe while I wait then.’ I headed to the small bathroom and realized I ‘really’ didn’t want to wear the same clothes I’ve been wearing for the past few days. My nose wrinkled in disgust and I made my way into the kitchen. “Hey, old man!” I yelled with my arms crossed. It’s a habitual trademark I have whenever I demand something.
The old Master turned. “What?” He asked irritably, yet tiredly.
“Don’t you have anything else to wear? I’m sick of wearing these disgusting rags!” I gestured toward myself, a sneer on my face.
“What does he think this is? A clothing store?” The geezer mumbled to himself as he turned back to put a pause on his cooking. I growled but waited patiently. “I think I may have something for you.” He answers nicely, then made his way up the stairs as I followed him.
We went into the room the old Master’s been sleeping in and he knelt down to dig in a drawer. I swished my tail in impatience, wanting to get this filth off of me. “Ah, here we are.” He held up an orange outfit with a symbol on the corner of the shirt. I jumped back at the absurd looking outfit. “It might be a little big, but it’s clean.” He said as he inspected the outfit, making sure his statement was true.
“Uh…don’t you have anything else?” I asked with disbelief.
He turned to me. “Hm?”
“To wear! Do you have anything else that doesn’t look so…so…hideous? I refuse to wear something so ridiculously orange!” I clenched my fists at him.
The old man stared at me for a minute…really getting annoyed with those shades. ‘Tonight! I’m incinerating them tonight!’ “Well, unless you want to run around naked…” He trailed off with the absurd option.
I angrily looked at the horrid outfit, then back at the borrowed clothes I had on. ‘So, what’s it going to be? Filthy or humiliated?’ I thought to myself angrily with great sarcasm as I contemplated my wardrobe. I then came to a decision and decided it’s more tolerable to be filthy than it is to look ridiculous. ‘I’ve been feeling that way for a while now and since I get to decide, I decide humility is not the answer.’ I gave the insulting garments a disgusted look then turned my back to them and left the room, leaving a puzzled old man.
After everyone was asleep, I left the snoring moron’s side and proceeded to leave the room. I opened the door as quietly as I could, then slowly and quietly made my way to the room the old geezer and the cue ball slept. The thought caused me to pause. ‘Oh, God. What if I walk in on something I don’t want to see?’ I eyed the barely open door and contemplated. ‘No. That old bastard has been doing nothing but pissing me off since I’ve been here. He deserves to get what’s coming to him.’ My gritted-toothed sneer soon turned into a grin as I turned my attention back to my mission.
I slowly peered into the dark room and quietly pushed the door slightly. Two more snores, though not as loud as the one I left in the other room, joined the chorus of Kakarot’s as I let my eyes adjust. As soon as shapes came into view, I ventured more into the room and tip-toed over to the old man. I stopped by the old man’s side, not having to search for the annoying sunglasses. ‘He even sleeps with them on! This old idiot can’t make anything easy, can he?’ I stood a moment, wondering if I should take them off, come up with a better plan, or bail.
I decided to go ahead and take them off. ‘After all, I am faster than anyone can keep up with.’ I think to myself arrogantly. I start by wrapping my eager tail around my waist. ‘Don’t want to wake him if I hit him with it.’ Then, steadily leaned forward and gently took a hold of the big specs. I slowly took them off, so far not waking up the old Master. As soon as I pulled them off, the old man still lay snoring. I grinned in triumph, then proceeded toward the door. When I was in the dimly lit hallway, I debated what I should do with the dark glasses. ‘Should I hide them or incinerate them?’ I looked at them for a moment, then decided there was no harm in trying them on.
My world turned dark, almost pitch black with the things covering my eyes. ‘How can he see through these? I can barely see where I walk!’ I outstretched my arms to see how far I could walk. After walking around like an idiot for a few moments, a small noise caught my attention. I quickly turned around and saw Kakarot right in front of me. I let out a noise of shock then quickly took off the sunglasses and hid them behind me. I showed my nervousness as I fidgeted and looked somewhere else besides the boy in front of me.
“What are you doing up, Vegeta?” He asked sleepily.
I looked at him as he yawned and rubbed his eye. “I, uh…had to go to the bathroom. I’m done now. So…I’m going back to bed.” I made up my excuse and headed back towards the bedroom.
“Oh, okay.” He replied and followed me.
As soon as we entered the room, I wondered why he got up in the first place. “Why are you up?” I turned to him.
“Oh, well…you weren’t beside me. So I went up to look for you.” He answered groggily and fell into bed.
“Oh…okay…” I answered unsurely, then went to the other side of the futon and climbed in.
Kakarot was out before I even got situated. ‘Good. Maybe he’ll forget he even woke up tonight and won’t question me.’ I brought up the one hand that held the glasses and decided what to do with them. ‘He should have extras. After all, he should be able to buy another pair at a store.’ I decided to hide them and put them underneath my pillow. ‘That’s probably a stupid place to hide them, but I don’t know where else to put them. This room isn’t exactly cluttered. Oh, well. The whole point of this lesson is to watch what you say around a Saiyan Prince.’ I smirked to myself and drifted off to sleep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The tournament is only a few days away and I can’t wait to pound this little brat into the dirt where he belongs. “C’mon, Vegeta! You’re not even trying!” I bring my musings to a stand still as I barely dodge a hit aimed for my chest. I react in surprise by kicking the idiot in the head and watched as he sailed into a boulder nearby. ‘Let’s see him get up from that.’ I thought with a smirk while trying to catch my breath. I’ll have to admit though, the little brat was learning fast. If I’m not careful, he’ll surpass me. It’s so absurd to think that a third class child could even become this strong. He’s already learned how to sense energy. Though, then again, I taught him. Still, I figured it would’ve taken him a while to learn it, but he’s already using that sixth sense more than he’s using his own eyes. Smart bastard. I chuckled softly. He says my energy looks like a bluish, purple dot that almost makes it seem like it’s night time in his eyes. I laughed proudly and told him the bigger it was, the stronger that person is. He complimented me and of course, I basked in it.
My smirk disappeared when the rubble moved and Kakarot emerged with a smile. ‘Hn. Even when he’s getting his ass kicked, he’s still having a good time.’ My smirk reappeared with pride. ‘Just like a true Saiyan.’ “Come on, Kakarot. We still have a couple hours left until night fall.” I get back into my fighting position.
He looked at the sun, then back at me. “Right.” He gets into his fighting stance, with a concentrated expression on his face.
I chuckled lightly. ‘So serious all of a sudden.’
Sunset came quickly, but that didn’t stop Kakarot and I in our spar. He came at me with a yell and tried kicking me back. I blocked it with an arm. “Idiot. You’re practically announcing your attack when you yell. You give yourself away and that could be your last mistake.” I say with a smirk at the last statement, then threw a punch with my other arm and into Kakarot’s soft stomach.
He let out a pained yell, but didn’t waste any time in attending to it and came back with a different attack. I threw a punch at him as he ran at me, but my fist went through air. ‘Impossible! Where did he go?’ I looked around and noticed he was everywhere. ‘What kind of attack is this?’ I calmed my mind after a moment and decided to use the new sense. I closed my eyes and felt him out. ‘Let’s see. It seems warmer right…there.’ My elbow shot out behind me, successfully hitting the clown square in the gut. He let out a pained cry and doubled over. “Ha! You can’t sneak up on me Kakarot!” I laughed in the moment and waited for him to recover.
“Lucky shot.” Kakarot called on my perfect attack.
“Say what you like, Kakarot.” I smirked as Kakarot cradled his stomach. “Though, that was a different technique. What do you call it?”
“A-After image technique.” He coughed out.
“Hm. I’ll have to remember it.” He stayed on the ground. ‘I didn’t realize I hit him so hard.’ I thought with worry, but shrugged it off. “So, when’s the real fight going to take part? I feel like I’ve been warming up all day. It’s a waist of energy.” I bluffed.
Kakarot gathered in much needed air and slowly stood. “Are you kidding, Vegeta? You should see yourself. I know you’re hurting as much as I am. You should stop acting so tough and start fighting like you mean it.” Kakarot gave me another one of those playful smirks as he struggled to get to his full height.
My smirk turned into a sneer and I growled. “You want a fight, Kakarot? Alright, you asked for it!” I crouched forward and cupped my hands to my side as I gathered energy in that particular spot. “Galick Gun…” The purple, red energy came forth and drew its strength in my palms. I laughed when I saw Kakarot’s shocked expression.
He wasted no time as he got into a position of his own. “Ka…me…ha…me…” Blue energy burst from Kakarot’s hands as he too gathered the ki for his attack.
I didn’t wait for him to finish. “Fire!” I pushed my hands forward and shoved the energy outward toward the low level.
“Ha!” He shouted and pushed his energy out towards me. The energies collided as we struggled to overcome the other.
I closed my eyes at the sudden brightness of our attacks pushing against each other, but continued to bring out as much energy as I could. Judging from Kakarot’s yells, he was doing the same thing. After a few minutes, nothing seemed to changed. I groaned as my energy was quickly depleting. ‘No! Don’t let him win! More…push more!’ I cracked open my eyes and squinted at the blue energy trying to take over mine. “No!” I shouted at seeing this, then struggled to bring forth more energy.
“Vegeta, stop! You’ll tire yourself out!” Kakarot shouted.
I growled. “Wrong!” ‘How dare he think me weak?’ I pushed with every fiber of my being and began walking forward.
“Vegeta!” Kakarot tried one more time to convince me to quit as he too began to walk forward.
I stopped in the short distance between us, but kept it up. ‘No. I can’t do this for too much longer.’ As if reading my mind, Kakarot took some of his energy back, causing our energies to explode together and cancel each other out. I almost fell forward at the suddenness of the action, but caught myself in time. “You clown! I almost had you!” I came at him in my anger, but he caught my fist.
I tried getting free, but found it futile and attacked with my other fist. He caught it too, then swept his leg out beneath me, successfully knocking me to the ground. I grunted as I hit the ground and yelled when Kakarot landed on top of me, pinning my arms to the ground until I calmed down. I let out a string of curse words in every language I knew, which wasn’t many, as I thrashed beneath the infuriating third class clown. “Get the fuck off of me, you third class bastard!” I tried head butting him, but his head went out of my reach.
“Not until you calm down, Vegeta.” He answered calmly as he straddled my waist. I tried kneeing him in the back, but he scooted down further and pinned my legs with his knees. I winced from the pain, but continued to fight him off of me. “Vegeta, come on. Settle down. You’re acting like a child.” He put all of his weight on me as I increased my tantrum.
“Fuck you, you low class clown! I’m going to end you! How dare you treat me this way!” I pulled one of my arms closer to me so I could bite his hands, but they wouldn’t move. After a minute, my movements slowed and I started crying out my frustration. “I hate you!” I said over and over until my fighting completely ceased.
Kakarot gave me a pained expression, but kept me pinned beneath him. I panted heavily from my tantrum and turned away from him. Ashamed in my actions from when we battled our energy blasts to this point, but from failure, not embarrassment. I wept a few tears from my humiliation and tried to turn my head away more so he wouldn’t see me. After a few minutes, Kakarot spoke. “Are you okay?” He asked with concern.
I moaned out a pathetic sob, but continued to keep my expression away from him. “Do I look okay, Kakarot?”
He didn’t respond, but loosened his grip a little. I tensed as I got ready to throw an attack while he was off guard, but he tightened his grip on me again. “You need to learn to control your anger, Vegeta. You can’t let it control you like this.” Kakarot said sincerely.
I didn’t look at him. “I know.” I answered quietly.
I felt Kakarot lean down a little, but not do anything more, until I turned my head towards him. A sudden warmth enveloped my mouth and I froze as I stared at Kakarot’s slightly confused eyes that were right above mine. After a moment, neither of us moved. Then, Kakarot moved his lips against mine. I couldn’t help but sigh into that addicting warmth. This was something that I wanted, but at the same time despised. I closed my eyes and participated in the intimate gesture as I moaned. Kakarot hesitantly released my arms and shifted his knees so they weren’t digging into me anymore. He moved his hands to my face and wiped away the evidence my tears.
I opened my eyes slightly and noticed Kakarot had closed his already, relishing in the kiss. His tail waved behind him, back and forth in an excited manner as I inhaled the wonderful scent that he was radiating. I lifted my arms, but hesitated as Kakarot pushed his tongue into my mouth. I whimpered in uncertainty and clenched my eyes shut. After a moment of rubbing our wet muscles together, I got used to the motion and didn’t hesitate to bury my hands in his wild locks. We pulled each other closer as our intimacy got more passionate. After a few moments, Kakarot pulled away so we could breathe, but after a moment of looking at each other, I came to my senses and shoved him off of me.
“Why did you do that?!” I sat up and gave him an accusing stare.
He just sat in silence. Probably stunned for even doing the action himself. “I…I don’t know…I just…” He moved his hand behind his head, as if thinking what else to say. “When I saw you like that…I mean…when…you were crying…something just…came over me. I don’t know.” He looked at me finally and gave me a hopeless expression. “I guess something in me couldn’t see you like that.” He frowned slightly as my expression turned into a glare.
“You…felt sorry for me?” I asked with a sneer. He hesitated, then slowly nodded. I stood up and brushed myself off. “Well I don’t need your pity! I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself.” I stopped to make sure that the last sentence wasn’t to convince myself but to convince Kakarot, then nodded and walked away.
Kakarot got up, but didn’t follow me. “Do you need a ride?”
I paused in my walking and debated. ‘I am drained from that little outburst earlier, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to tell him that.’ “No. I can go back myself.” And with that I jumped in the air and took off. After a few feet I fell to the ground but had the decency to land on my feet. I hunched over as I panted with exhaustion.
I looked to my side and noticed a shadow of a floating cloud with Kakarot’s silhouette on it. I looked ahead of me and growled. “Are you sure?” He asked with uncertainty.
I straightened and turned my back to him, arms crossed. “Yes. I just need to rest for a minute.”
Kakarot stayed where he was, as if not believing my words. “Vegeta, c’mon. If I’m tired, then I know you are.” I growled, but didn’t say anything. He seemed to sigh in defeat. “Well, do you even know you’re way back?”
I froze. ‘God…fucking…damn it!’ I half turned toward him with a blank expression.
“C’mon, Vegeta.” He reached his hand towards me and I turned to him fully, but still debating whether or not to take it. “Please?” He gave me the sweetest smile I’ve ever seen on that childish face of his.
‘Ugh. How can I say no to that?’ Letting go of my pride, I hesitantly placed my hand in his, he clenched it and pulled me up onto his toy. I immediately grabbed onto his gi, knowing all too well what’ll happen if I didn’t. I then resituated myself behind him and clung to his back. Without another word, we took off. I laid my head against his back at the unexpected take off, but once we soared for a moment, I kept it there. My eyes became half-lidded as his warmth seeped into me. After a few minutes, I felt something coil around my thigh, then looked down and realized it was Kakarot’s tail. I blushed immensely, but didn’t do or say anything to get it off or else I’d fall off the cloud. The tip of it thumped against me, but I used its rhythm to relax. I continued to stare off into the clouds, taking in their calming presence.
Before I knew it, we were back. We stopped right above the ground, but neither of us made a move to get off. “Vegeta?” Kakarot tried getting my attention as if I were asleep.
“Hm?” I didn’t want words to upset our positions.
“We’re here.” He answered softly.
“Are we?” I asked as if it didn’t matter.
He nodded. “Don’t you want to eat?”
I didn’t answer for a moment. “I guess.”
“Then you should get off first so you don’t fall.” He explained in the same soft tone.
‘Why does he suddenly care if I fall off or not? He didn’t before.’ “Okay.” I answered simply, then frowned in disappointment when the tail uncoiled around my leg. I straightened my legs and let go.
I headed over to the little house as Kakarot hopped off his cloud and followed me. We went inside and I stretched and went straight for the bathroom for a much needed bath. Kakarot watched me, then headed toward the kitchen to see what the old man was cooking, I guess.
As I soaked in the soothing hot water, I thought about what led to the event before, then thought why I didn’t think of it afterwards. ‘It’s because of that damn cheerfulness he has and that…light that’s around him.’ I blushed slightly and sank down further into the water. ‘He felt sorry for me. Pathetic. Has the Prince of all Saiyans gotten so weak as to be treated like a woman?’ I blew a few bubbles in the water. ‘Why did he feel sorry for me in the first place? Does he see what others don’t? One who’s been alone for so long and doesn’t know how to act around others? One who’s just begging for attention from another?’ I sat up and laid my head on the tub’s edge. ‘That would make sense. It’s unnatural for a Saiyan to be without his people around him for long periods of time. That’s probably it.’ I felt comforted at the idea, but at the same time it disturbed me.
Soon after I fell asleep, only to be awoken by a quiet knock at the door. “Hey, Vegeta. Dinner’s ready.” Kakarot said softly from the other side.
I stretched then yawned and mumbled an “okay.” I looked around, expecting to see the clown race from the room, only to discover that the door remained closed. ‘That’s odd. Not only did he not barge in here, but he knocked. Maybe my teachings of manners are getting through to him.’ I stepped out of the tub and let it drain, then dried myself off and, once again, wrapped my towel around my waist and left my soiled clothes on the floor. I emerged from the steamy room and, once again, was greeted with the delicious aroma of food. I sat at the table with the others and dug in.
I eyed the others like I usually do while I’m eating, never a moment when I’m off guard. Baldy there seemed to eat with as much gusto as a Saiyan. He still keeps his distance from me, which is probably smart. I already have one idiot to deal with, dealing with another might result in an aneurism. The old geezer managed to get a new pair of shades. I still secretly kept the first ones hidden underneath my pillow. Boy, that day, I couldn’t stop smirking. The whole day, he kept saying “Where’s my glasses?” and continued his useless search for them. I laughed when he practically started crying because he was unable to read his reading material without them. ‘It’s not like those things improve your vision. They’re sunglasses. They shade your eyes from the sun, not made to see.’ However, my glorious day ended when he ordered another pair and had them delivered the next day. ‘I wonder how he’ll react if I took those as well?’ I chuckled at the thought.
We all went our separate ways once we devoured what we could. ‘That old man needs to make something new. I’m sick of eating miso and rice all the time.’ I thought of the few foods I remembered names to, but those two were hard to forget. Kakarot followed me as I headed up the stairs. I was getting used to him tagging along all the time, but this time was different. It was awkward and he kept staring at me. I couldn’t see his gaze, but I could feel it. My tail swished every now and then, showing how uncomfortable I was. We made it to the room and once we did, Kakarot shut the door. I turned at this abnormal move and took in his expression. I could tell just by looking at the seriousness of the situation, that if there was a lock on the door, he’d put it in place.
I swallowed loudly as he slowly walked towards me, like a hunter stalking his prey. ‘And I fell for the trap.’ He stopped a couple feet away. “Vegeta…” He started, nervousness in his voice and his actions as he fidgeted and refused to look at me. “I…can’t stop thinking about what we did.”
I sighed. ‘Might as well get this over with.’ “You mean…the kiss.” I hesitated in saying that word.
He looked at me, total curiousness in his expression. “Is that what it’s called?”
My expression turned to shock. “You mean…you didn’t know what it was, yet you did it anyway?”
He looked at me with concern, then nodded. “Mhm.”
“Then…” I tried to form my words. “What made you…? Er…why did you…? Uh…” I turned away, thinking of my words. “How did you know how to do it?” I looked at him finally.
He came a little closer. “Well, from those movies that Master Roshi watches and the magazines that he has. I’ve seen other people do it whenever they have feelings for someone. But, there were a lot of things you could do with that someone you cared for. One of them involved sleeping with them naked, but you and I have done that already.” He scratched his head as I gaped at him.
“Kakarot!” He stopped scratching. “That kind of sleeping is much more intimate and complicated than you can imagine!” I all but screamed at him. ‘There is no way that I’m teaching him that!’
“Really? How so?” He asked in all seriousness and took a few steps towards me.
“Well…I don’t know.” I answered truthfully. At first, I was going to say ‘forget it,’ but I guess it wouldn’t of hurt to tell him the basics. I mean, it would be pretty embarrassing when the right time came and he wouldn’t know what to do. But then, I’ve never done it before, so I couldn’t tell him. I only know how to court. ‘Well, great. It seems that Kakarot isn’t the only one who’s ignorant. That’s what I get for not paying attention in anatomy.’
“Well, how do you know?” The question brought me back to the current situation.
“How do I know what?” I lost my train of thought.
“How do you know it’s compitated?” He tilted his head in a cute way, like a cat would do. Not realizing he mispronounced the word.
I blushed lightly at the mistake and tilted my head downwards to hide the blush. “Well…that’s just…what I’ve heard-” Kakarot closed the gap between us and placed a hand on my red cheek, rubbing a thumb over the embarrassing reaction. “What are you doing?” I asked with a bit of panic in my voice and yet not stopping his actions.
“Why do you do that whenever I talk to you?” His eyes became half-lidded and his voice was hypnotizingly (not a word, but it fits >.>) seductive, but I bet he didn’t even realize it.
“I…” I took a step back, not looking at him. He placed his other hand underneath my chin to carefully tilt my head back. I had no choice but to look at him. I didn’t answer though as I automatically brought up my hand to rest on the arm holding my cheek. “Kakarot…” I say unsurely.
He didn’t reply as he leaned forward and, once again, pressed his mouth to mine. I froze again as he slowly, almost hesitantly, moved his warm lips lightly against my slightly parted ones. After a moment, I slowly responded. Both of our eyes were half-lidded and staring at each other, wanting to see how the other is reacting. Taking our time, we pressed more closely together and our movements became more confident. Kakarot wrapped an arm around me, the other holding my face more firmly. I imagined the blush was still there. His tail came around my thigh again and I moaned as it bristled against my bare skin and the tip of it stroked along the inside my thigh. I closed my eyes at the sensation. I buried one hand in his hair, to keep him in place, and rested the other on the arm that held me. My own tail curled behind me at these new sensations I was experiencing.
‘God. There’s no way in hell I can resist this. It’s been far too long since another Saiyan has been around me. Besides, we’re both almost at that age where we need to look for a mate.’ We became more passionate as our tongues rubbed against each other. The hand that was pressed into the small of my back, wrapped around the base of my tail and stroked it gently. I shivered and whimpered in need at the touch, then kissed him more eagerly. Our breaths intermingled as we took in each other’s air, not wanting the kiss to end. Our hips rubbed together, desperately wanting to ease some of the need that has pooled there. “Vegeta…you smell…so good.” Kakarot moaned in my mouth. After a moment, I realized what was happening and pulled away from that inviting mouth.
“Kakarot…if we keep this up…” I panted as the lust clouded my mind. We were still pressed against each other and no matter what, I couldn’t pry myself away.
“What’ll happen?” He asked huskily.
I shook my head, not really knowing myself. “…something that shouldn’t happen yet.” I stroked his face, a little saddened that we wouldn’t be experiencing that tonight. “Let’s just…go to bed. I’m exhausted anyway.” I pulled away reluctantly, his hand stroking the rest of my tail when I did so as I shivered, then headed toward the futon and buried myself in the covers. Kakarot stood in the same place with a puzzled expression, then slowly came to the futon as well, but not before attempting to strip. I quickly sat up and pointed at him. “You leave those pants on!”
He gave me a look that was a mix between a pout and a frown. “But, it’s really warm and I don’t know why, but I got uncomfortable too.” I didn’t breathe as he described himself being turned on and for a moment he didn’t move. “I gotta go to the bathroom.”
I slapped my hand over my eyes. “Fine.” ‘I can’t believe he’s going to do that now! Then again, it’d be better than him trying to relieve himself here.’
He ran out of the room as I plopped back down on the futon and waited for him to return. I always waited for him to sleep first. ‘I can’t believe what almost happened! It’s perfectly clear that neither of us are ready for that yet! And when the time does come, who the hell’s going to initiate it? Neither of us will know what to do.’ I buried my head in the pillow at the horrifying thought. After a few minutes of blushing profusely, I heard him pitter patter up the stairs and leaped onto the futon next to me. I jumped at his little burst of excitement as he snuggled into the covers and up against my back again. He slung an arm around my waist, but this time…I didn’t move away. I stiffened when he nuzzled my neck, but then relaxed as I felt him breathe slowly. I felt his chest inhale and exhale against my back as his little snores hit softly against my skin. ‘Kakarot, what have you done to me?’ I thought with hopeless frustration as I closed my eyes, knowing that he was already asleep. I concentrated on the steady breathing of my companion as I too succumbed to sleep.

Finally! Right? Seventh chapter and I just now get these two together. Well, started to anyway. If I really wanted to be evil, I would’ve had this chapter end in a dream as well, except it would’ve been Vegeta’s. X) *Laughs maniacally* But I decided not to. >.> And…the reason why I decided not to put in a lemon…it’s too soon. >< So, I’m sorry I tortured you all with that sweet lime, but I had to give you something to suck on until I give you the lemon. Ever notice in the series, especially Dragonball Z, that the day never changes whenever they’re fighting? Maybe whenever there’s a tournament, but not when they’re fighting a foe. It’s always the middle of the day. I mean, they seem to fight for hours…when the hell is the sun going to set, ya know? So, I’m trying to make it realistic here, hehe. Also, does anyone think it’s kinda boring to read about a fight, rather than watch it? I mean, sure it’s fun to write, but…fun to read? It’s like trying to read what a flip book is showing when you can’t flip through it yourself. It’s kinda hard to follow along if you don’t really pay attention. >.> Or…depending on how it’s written. :/ So, throughout all of my stories, I’ve been trying to avoid fight scenes or just skip through them. But then again, I feel like I’m cutting out a delicious, lemony scene, ya know? ‘Cause I don’t, hehe.
